RE: End of Academic Year 2019/2020
I am writing to inform you that Trafford Alternative Education Provision closes at 1pm on Friday 17TH July 2020 for the Summer Holidays.
A review meeting with your son/daughter will take place on Thursday 3rd September 2020 between the hours of 10.00am to 3.00pm with their Form Tutor. We have telephoned you to allocate you slot and Jo Scanlon will be emailing you to confirm details of the meeting.
Lessons will begin on Friday 4th September 2020. Pupils will be expected to arrive at 8.45am.
Please be aware that following current government guidance, it is now compulsory for all children to return back to school. I appreciate that you may have concerns regarding your child returning back to school, however please be reassured that we are continuing with our stringent routine and practices to ensure that our school is a safe environment. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact me
Our website provides further details on the measures we have put in place. TAEP is constantly reassessing these measures and updating them in relation to daily government guidance and will update you of any changes during the summer holidays.
Please note that all pupils are required to wear the following school uniform:
· Blue school shirt
· School tie
· Black jumper
· Black school skirt or school trousers
If you wish your child to have school lunch and you are not in receipt of free school meals for your child, the cost of lunch is £2.30 per day and £11.50 per week. Payment must be made every Monday for the week.
