Referral Pathway

Referrals to Trafford Medical Education Service can be made by the following services:

• Mainstream School
• Hospital School

All referrals should be supported by medical evidence provided by the following:

• Consultant Paediatrician
• Psychologist / Psychiatrist (CAMHS)

Parents cannot refer but should contact their school for additional support.
